  1. Automatic payment enrollment is available through the community portal by accessing ‘Billing’ / ‘Auto-Draft’.
    • Online Payments can be made through the community portal by selecting ‘Billing’ / ‘Electronic Payment’ You will need the following information:
      • Management ID: 1159
      • Association ID: The first 3 digits of your account number
      • Property Account Number: Listed on your remittance coupon

    • Make checks payable to the Association (not Trestle Management Group)

How do I avoid an online payment fee?

 

Enroll in the automatic payment program through Trestle Management Group by accessing the community portal and selecting ‘Make a Payment’ / ‘Auto-Draft’.

 How do I make a change to my automatic payments?

The community portal provides you with the means to discontinue enrollment or make a change to the banking information by selecting ‘Make a Payment’ / Auto-Draft’.

 

What does my assessment payment go towards?

Assessments pay for a homeowner’s share of the common area expenses. Homeowners are provided with a copy of the new fiscal year’s budget annually, detailing the amount budgeted for each expense. Some common area expenses for single family home communities may include landscaping (water/electricity/maintenance/repairs), pool, clubhouse, basketball court, etc.; Condominiums may also include roof and exterior structure repairs.

 

When is my payment considered late?

Assessments are due on the 1st day of the month. The date your assessment is considered late depends on the association's governing documents. Your statement will reflect the date a late fee will be charged if the assessment is not paid on time.
